How do I become a new customer?
I don't have heat, what should I do?
If you find that you don’t have heat or hot water, there are a few things you can check before calling.
- Make sure your emergency switch is on upstairs and all switches are on at the unit.
- Check to see that your thermostat is set above the room temperature.
- Check the electric panel for a blown or loose fuse or tripped breaker.
- Make sure the water glass is half full at the boiler [steam systems only].
If after checking these possible causes and the unit still fails to start, call for service, please do not reset the unit as this can be very dangerous.
Do I have to buy oil to get service?
Ashley Fuel has made a commitment to be available to our oil customers at all times. In order to do this, we only offer our service to our oil customers. If you need service and would like to become an oil customer, contact our office.
What are my options for oil payment?
For our automatic customers if you pay within 10 days you receive a 10 cent per gallon discount. Larger discounts apply for large quanity orders.
What is today's oil price?
Prices change daily, please refer to online ordering or call our office for the daily price.
Do you service domestic hot water or air conditioning equipment?
Ashley Fuel can take care of all your oil related domestic hot water problems or concerns. If you have further questions. please call our office or e-mail us.
Currently Ashley Fuel does not service air conditioning equipment.
